• The contract is finalized on the basis of highest price achieved in the E-Tender or E-Auction

E- Seal bids are normally used to get the feedback of rates prevailing in the market are subsequently used for fixing start bid price for the subsequent E-Auctions. Seal bids are open for fix time and bidders can change this bid any number of times during this period
